Forest Trail

Forest Trail was a feasibility study for a residential lot in Austin, Texas. We examined the zoning and residential development code to investigate the possible massing and size of a single family home. We also conducted floor plan test fits to provide an idea of potential layouts for the site, and sun studies to illustrate the impact of the solar path on the interior program.
