Salado

Salado house was an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) located in West Campus in Austin, Texas. The home is a 1200 sf two story structure with a 500 sf outdoor deck and two car garage. The ADU is located on a lot where the main home faces the public street and the ADU has alley access. The home was designed with two occupants in mind. Each occupant has their own level, private bedroom and restroom. The common spaces are located on the second floor where the deck is located adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
