West Bay

The West Bay project was a new urbanism design studio located in the panhandle of Florida on 57 acres of land. The focus of the neighborhood design was sustainability through agriculture. The plan was to house 25-30 units per acre in the neighborhood center and 7-20 units in the outer edges of the plan. The heart of the project was a greenway where food production could occur and provide necessities to the community.
